CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you can receive your new Lakewood Watch as soon as time permits. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled after it is placed. However, if you would like to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and will do everything in our power to attempt to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within the 30 days to start the return process. Once the return process has been initiated, we do require that the watch is received back at our warehouse within 15 days. You can contact us at support@lakewoodwatches.com for any return inquiries.

 

WARRANTY
ALL LAKEWOOD WATCHES  COME WITH A STANDARD 12 MONTH WARRANTY

All Lakewood watches carry a standard 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects. If you receive your watch with any defects caused by the manufacturer or your watch does not perform as it should within the first 12 months, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge.

For warranty repairs and inquiries, please contact us as soon as you notice your defect at support@lakewoodwatches.com. In the subject line please type “Warranty Inquiry”. Within your email, please specify your name, place of purchase (our website, Etsy, etc.) and your order number. Please also provide a detailed description of the defect. Upon approval, Lakewood customer support will issue a warranty claim number with further instructions.

ITEMS THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Your 12 month Lakewood Watch warranty will not cover the following items:

  • Normal wear and tear (broken straps/links/clasps/crown, etc)
  • Battery Replacements
  • Damage due to accidents
  • Any damage from use of the watch other than from its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by 3rd parties (watch repair companies, battery replacements, link removal, etc.)
  • Scratches on the Glass
  • Loss or Theft

 

SHIPPING YOUR DEFECTIVE WATCH BACK WITH A WARRANTY CLAIM

All warranty repairs/replacements must be approved via email prior to mailing the watch back – See details above.

Once approval is received, you will receive additional instructions on how to send your watch back to our factory.

Please note, the return shipping will need to be paid by the customer. In case of a defect covered by warranty, the repair/replacement and the shipping back to you will be paid for by Lakewood.

Along with your return, please include a note with your Name, Order Number, Warranty Claim Number and your return address.

We recommend putting tracking on your return and notifying our support via email of the date the watch was mailed, along with the tracking number. This will allow our customer service team to track your watch and ensure a timely replacement. After the watch is received at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for the repair/replacement to be shipped out.

 

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS
REPAIRS OF WATCHES AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THOSE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

If your watch is damaged and you are out of the 12 month warranty period, or, if your watch is damaged due to normal ware and tare (or any other damage not covered under warranty) and you would like to inquire about a repair, please contact us via email at support@lakewoodwatches.com. Please provide your name, order number, place of purchase and a description of the problem you are having. One of our specialists will review the details and get back to you.
